The consultation is a focused 60-minute online session covering your profile, objective, destination options, key risks, documentation readiness and next practical step. It does not replace regulated immigration advice where the destination requires an authorised professional.
Which countries can I choose for a student visa?+
New Zealand, Australia, Malta, Canada, the United Kingdom, or Other. Final service scope depends on your profile, country requirements and any authorised-professional involvement required by law.
Which countries can I choose for a visitor visa?+
New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, or Other. New Zealand visitor advice is routed to the licensed adviser, while Australia and Canada matters follow the appropriate authorised-professional route where required.
Can you help after a refusal?+
Visa Refusal Recovery is available for Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. We first review the refusal decision and previous application. Reapplication is recommended only where a credible, evidence-supported strategy can be built.
Who provides New Zealand visitor and dependent visa advice?+
Personalised New Zealand visitor, dependent/family and applicable non-student refusal advice is provided independently by the formally engaged New Zealand Licensed Immigration Adviser, subject to current licence verification, case acceptance and written engagement terms.
What happens after I submit an Australia case?+
The portal records preliminary intake only. No Australian immigration-assistance payment is requested until an Australian registered migration agent or legal practitioner is identified, accepts the matter and confirms the written scope and fees.
Can I apply from outside Sri Lanka?+
Yes. The Visa Hub accepts international service requests. Applicants in the Philippines, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Nepal, Kenya, the UAE, China and other countries can submit online, choose an appropriate consultation time zone and receive an application reference.
Can Don’s consultation fee be used toward a full case?+
Yes. If Achieveway accepts an eligible case and the full-service engagement begins within 7 calendar days after Don’s consultation, the paid consultation fee may be credited against Achieveway’s professional fee. It is not a cash refund and does not apply to third-party, authorised-provider or independent licensed-adviser fees.
How do payments work?+
The Visa Hub does not collect online payments. After your assessment or appointment request is accepted, you receive the written scope, official invoice and verified payment instructions. The invoice confirms the exact amount and currency due.
Do I need to visit an office?+
No. Achieveway Consultants operates through structured online consultations and document reviews for clients in Sri Lanka and overseas.

No. Government, institution, VFS, biometrics, medical, translation, insurance, courier and other third-party charges are separate unless confirmed in writing.
